Doctors visit
We all know that every medical issue requires the attention of a Doctor as soon as possible, in order to prevent its potential negative development. Given the likelihood of being in a poor medical condition, a patient has to travel to the hospital, where the chances of coming into contact with another possibly contagious disease are very high even more so if the patient is a child.
Doctors Visit is a `home visit` medical service intended for children as well as for adults that has brought us a great deal of appreciation from our customers, being created especially for patients that cannot or do not wish to travel to the hospital every time they have a medical problem.
SOS Doctors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, being ready to help and solve any common medical issue of SOS members and non-members alike, in the comfort of their home. This way, the patients are examined in their own environment, with a significant reduction of stress or other medical complications that may occur throughout the process.
After a series of tests and a diagnosis, the Doctor will prescribe treatment, administer the initial medication and wait for a positive outcome. If however, the results indicate further medical treatment is required, a nurse will continue to administer the prescribed treatment until the patient’s condition improves to full recovery.
To ensure that the condition of the patient improves and to track the progress of the treatment, the Doctor will follow-up by telephone, no later than 6 hours after the initial consultation.

It is very important to keep in mind that SOS members can request a Doctors Visit consultation anytime, anywhere in Bucharest and immediate surroundings, being also available at their office or in any other location of their choice.
FILE MANAGEMENT
All SOS members will soon be receiving benefits from our electronic health records, which means all their medical information will be available anytime, anywhere.
We call it the File Management Service and it will translate for you into a personal account storing all your medical history and updates. All that will be required is an internet connection and you will have a life saving advantage in case of an emergency.
